More lists...

I like lists, as do Amazon and Paste Magazine. Forget 10, they go 100.

Paste Top 100

Amazon Top 100

Both feature a plethora of albums that will probably show up on my Top 10.

As for my own list, I know who will be #1 and I can pretty much name my Top 10. The main thing is where they will all rank - still a month for movement.

Not sure what I think about Paste's list.

I mean, its just some other persons opinions, and i realize people will most likely have issues with my Top 10....but Spoon down at 29?

Agree to disagree.....

A plethora of albums in your top ten?? Aren't you fundamentally limited to ten albums in a top ten list?? Would you therefore say that all ten albums in your top ten list are present in the top 100 list, or that the number ten itself represents a plethora of albums?

I did not realize the syntax police patrolled the corridors of every nook of the interweb. Please accept my apologies for my poor word choice.

For the record, I intended to say that both contain a plethora of albums that are contenders for my Top 10 list (i.e. there are many albums that I am considering). Although I am pretty sure of most of my Top 10, a few spots still remain open. A plethora of albums might fill those remaining spots.

Please feel free to replace "probably" with "possibly."

I like Spoon's newest quite a bit, definitely higher than 29th to these ears. No Son Volt in the Top 100?? Hey, it might not make my Top 10, but come on, that album is a Top 100 for sure.
